This program is intended for permanent residents of Canada and/or Canadian citizens who wish to sponsor a family member.

Requirements:

To be eligible to this program the applicant must be your Father/Mother, Grand father/Grand mother, child, Husband/Wife or common law partner. For other non-immediate family, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc, we will proceed on a case-by-case analysis basis.

Furthermore, the person who would like to sponsor a family member must be in a very good financial position to support the new comer to Canada. This financial commitment must guarantee the full support to the sponsored family member for a period of 3-10 years.

Duration:

The immigration procedure for this category of applicants could take between 8 and 24 months, from the filing of the application until the issuing of the immigration visa.
