BUSINESS IMMIGRATION PROGRAMS
Business Immigration candidates could choose one of three programs:
Investor immigrant Program
It is the royal path to immigrate to Canada. Thousands have obtained
their permanent residency visas, leading to their Canadian citizenship,
giving them the right to live, work and travel in Canada.
Requirements:
To be eligible to this program, you must:

demonstrate business experience
-
have a minimum net worth of $800,000 Canadian
dollars lawfully acquired by being the owner or manager of or
investor in a profitable business

Invest a minimum of $400,000 Canadian dollars,
for five years, by signing an agreement with a financial intermediary:
a stock broker recognized by the Commission des valeurs mobilières
du Québec or a trust company
Entrepreneur Program
This program is for individuals with expertise in management at
the executive level planning to start a business in Canada.
Requirements:
To be eligible to this program, you must:

have a minimum of $300,000 Canadian dollars
lawfully acquired by you or your spouse

have at least 3 years of management experience

submit a business plan to start or buy a business
in Canada where you can manage the business or participate in
management on a daily basis

Create at least one full-time job for Canadian
citizens or permanent residents other than you and members of
your family
Self-employed Program
This program is for individuals with limited assets and who wish
to create their own job in Canada.
Requirements:
To be eligible to this program, you must:

have a minimum of $100,000 Canadian dollars
lawfully acquired by you or your spouse

have at least 2 years of experience as self-employed
in your field of expertise
Processing time:
For business immigration program Visas, the processing time ranges
from 6 to 18 months.
